BLAST OFF!!!

We're almost done editing the exciting first season of Fit Kidz! This is the theme song...can you sing along!

How the theme song happened...

Captain Ro takes charge directing the Intergalactic Space Agents while they record the theme song. The Ian Walters Band provided amazing instrumentation for the song and looked super sharp in their skinny ties and cool shades!!


After we finished recording the song on set it was sent off to Peligro Music (www.peligromusic.com) in Los Angeles where Greg worked some music magic and had the super talented TJ and Cheyanne add some additional vocals. What a cool recording studio!!

Junkyard Band really rocked the park at our Dance Party!!! All the Intergalactic Space Agents were there and there was a special appearance by Dr Ro! Tons of kids showed up to stay fit and healthy by dancing. Here are some pictures from the Dance Party!

Hey Fit Kidz!! here are some pictures from the day I spent rock climbing - it was soooo fun! Once you get to the top of the wall you get to drop down on the rope, but getting up there is a lot of work. My arms were sore the next day, but it was totally worth it! Have you ever been Rock Climbing? There are rock climbing gyms all over the place - you should go to one ;-)

The FitKidz Dance Party is Rescheduled!!

We wanted to check back in with you about the Fit Kidz Dance Party.  We have rescheduled it for Sunday, June 7th and hope you will all be able to come out and join us!  The location will be the same: Stead Park at 1633 P st, NW DC, 20036 and we'll be dancing from 3:00 to about 5pm.  We would like to get an accurate count of how many children will be there so please respond to fitkidzcasting@gmail.com with your kids' names and ages.  Also, please feel free to forward this to others or bring friends.  The more the merrier--it should be a really fun afternoon!

Agent Active Goes for the Gold!!

Hey everybody - Agent Active here - reporting back from my super amazing shoot with 3 time Olympic gymnast Dominique Dawes! she was AWESOME!!! We had such a great time and I learned all about how gymnastics can help you stay fit...I also almost learned how to do a cartwheel LOL - I posted the video so you can see for yourself!! Gymnastics is harder then I thought ;-) I also learned that you don't have to be skinny to be fit - people come in all shapes and sizes the most important thing is that you love yourself just the way you are and take care of yourself everyday!! I <3 Dominique!!

hey fit Kidz - its me Agent Energy!! I just posted some new pics from our exciting week...

This is me on location - trying to find out lots of fitness and nutrition facts to stay healthy. My first stop was McDonalds where I learned all about some of the healthy choices the have for kids like me.

"Intergalactic Space Agents, prepare for BLAST OFF!"

Having a great start to the studio shoots! Everyone has been working hard, and we have the space ship up and running, talking Super Computer and all. After some crazyness, Captain Ro and the Space Agents have completed their missions (at least on the ship), and have been having a great time. We have got everything....dancing with Dr. Ro and the Agents, lots of singing, jammin' with the band, flashing lights (BLAST OFF!), and lots and lots of apples (right Nadia?). And that is just the beginning! Everyone came too, even the Junior Space Agents! The set came out fantastic, and the cast and crew has been amazing. The experience here at Bella Faccia has been great, and the Space Agents are now ready to take on their individual missions!! There might be a little bit more dancing in there too....just maybe.

Fit Kidz™ Show

We are finally starting production on Fit Kidz™ the exciting new show about health and fitness - just for kids!

In the first season we join Captain Ro and her team of Intergalatic Space Agents as they travel to earth looking for Fit Kidz™ who can help them save the unhealthy children on Planet Obesia. The Space Agents are in a race against time as they attempt to discover as much as they can about all the things kids on Earth are doing to stay fit.
